Shipping & Returns

  • In which countries can the items be shipped?

At the moment the shipments can be made to the E.C. countries and Non E.C. countries like United Kingdom and Switzerland

  • Should I pay anything when I receive my order?

All costs will be indicated in the cart before completing the order, included the shipping costs.
For shipments to areas that have some additional customs costs or taxes, these must be paid by the customer

  • Can I return a product?

Of course you have maximum 2 working days to communicate the defect (write down to support@filippiboats.com) and 5 working days to return it since you receive your order.
For the Italian/European customer (E.C. members only ) : In order to return the goods after our approval by email we will send to you DHL transport carrier to the address previously communicated unless further infos. The goods must be ready at the arrival of Dhl agent with the way bill that you will receive by mail from us, printed and stuck to the package. This service has a cost and the purchase will be refunded by 30 days.

For Non E.C. members (ex. United Kingdom,Switzerland..) : In order to return the goods after our approval by email we will send to you DHL transport carrier to the address previously communicated unless further infos. The goods must be ready at the arrival of Dhl agent with the way bill that you will receive by mail from us, printed and stuck to the package. The customer must accompany the goods with a proforma-invoice compulsory. This service has a cost and the purchase will be refunded by 30 days.

  • How can I modify or cancel my order?
    Send us an email support@filippiboats.com with the following infos:

– Order number
– Brief explanation of the problem
– Photos of the product’s defect

  • How can I request an invoice?
